Dan came into a mess the urinal in our office had not been draining properly in quite some time. I knew the drain was just about completely plugged our building is about 40 years old and little if any pm had been done to this drain, Dan got it cleared, but ran into a problem that was above his experience level and he set us up with another tech which was in his words extremely good with the repair of this nature, the pea trap was very old and beginning to deteriorate. Colin showed up the next morning first thing and determined that the entire urinal had seen it's better days and it would be in our best interest to replace the whole unit. Colin was also able to get both of our sink drains cleared out. Thanks Dan & Colin job well done.

I really appreciate the incredible turn around time provided by Roto Rooter.. I called Roto Rooter about a foul smell outside of my parent's house. Within hours the service was performed on the septic tank and the smell was gone. I would also like to recognize the technician (Jess)! For is amazing service!!
